Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies

1. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund – Applicable on Wrong & Damaged Products.

You may return a watch within 3 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met: This policy applies only to Damaged and wrong watches.

  • The watch is in its original, unworn condition.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact.
    • (If the protective cover has been removed, we must regretfully deny your request as it contravenes our return and exchange policies.)
  • The original packaging, including boxes and manuals, accompanies the watch.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process at Support@swizzwatches.com.
  2. Please record a 360-degree uncut video clearly showing and explaining the issue with the product. Refunds cannot be processed without this video.
  3. Along with the video, please send 3–4 clear images of the product, including the shipping label and the box.
  4. After receiving approval, carefully package the watch and all accompanying items and ship them back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
  6. We can arrange return shipping if you want to, but you need to pay $99 Return Shipping Charges.
  7. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange – Applicable on Wrong & Damaged Products.

You may request an exchange for a different watch within 3 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:

  • The watch is in its original, unworn condition.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact.
    • (If the protective cover has been removed, we must regretfully deny your request as it contravenes our return and exchange policies.)
  • The original packaging, including boxes and manuals, accompanies the watch.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process at Support@swizzwatches.com.
  2. Along with the video, please send 3–4 clear images of the product, including the shipping label and the box.
  3. After receiving approval, carefully package the watch and all accompanying items and ship them back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and verify it meets our exchange conditions, we will ship the requested replacement watch to you.
  5. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation is only allowed if your order has not been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If you still wish to cancel a shipped order, a $99 shipping charge per product will be deducted from your total refund.

4. Important Notes

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you must self-return the item(s) to our company’s warehouse.
  • Also, you need to pay $49 for Forward Shipping & Packaging Charges.
  • The return address will be provided in the email communication sent to you.
  • Once the item(s) are received and assessed for eligibility, the refund or exchange process will proceed as per our policy.
  • Customers must bear all return shipping and applicable customs charges—this is mandatory.
